Librarian @ Business

Business Librarians will assist you with finding and using resources and referencing in your assignments.

We also offer a drop-in service, every Monday and Tuesday, between 4pm and 6pm (during weeks 1-5 of Trimester). You can find us in Room G30 - next to the Business School Café.

The University Library, and the UWA Business School, provide a variety of research resources for staff and student use.

Library Resources

See the Library Subject Guides for help, suggestions and links for your research. The guides include databases of journal articles, data sets, selected web resources and books / eBooks. The following subjects are available:

Most resources are available online from any internet enabled device for staff and students. They include:

  • Bloomberg - Real-time terminal service for market data, news, analytics and charts
  • Company360 - Business information and analysis for public and privately traded Australian companies, by Dun and Bradstreet publications.
  • Factiva - Filtered and curated information from media outlets and trade and consumer publications.
  • IMF eLibrary Data
  • Mergent Online - US and International company information.
  • DatAnalysis Premium - Comprehensive current and historical picture of ASX listed and delisted companies.
  • OECD iLibrary - OECD's Online Library of statistical databases, books and periodicals. It includes statistics on employment, migration, globalisation, national accounts and more.
  • Connect 4 - ASX Company information, Announcements, New Issues, Annual Reports and Prospectuses.
  • Datastream - Historical financial data on global economic indicators and a variety asset classes.
