In support of the high performance culture articulated in the UWA Strategic Plan, the Business School has defined a set of expectations for academic performance across research, education, and service and leadership.
These expectations have been widely explored and discussed with key stakeholders. Feedback and comments from these forums and meetings have been taken into account in developing this final version.
All staff are required to undertake the Performance Development Appraisal (PDA). Academic staff will be assessed in line with the expectations in the Academic Activity Model and Business School Performance Expectations.
