Industry Study Tour - 2009

The Industry Study Tour (MGMT8618) is the equivalent of one unit in the MBA and EMBA programs and is part of the international component of our elective offerings. The location of the 2009 Tour will be confirmed soon.

Intensive programs

These programs are run by our various partners and are generally available in the northern hemisphere summer (between May to August).

• Asian Intensive School for Advanced Management (AISAM), Penang, Malaysia.
  This program is designed for MBA students in the advanced stage of their studies from the ANBS member universities, as well as from other business schools in Europe and North America. Held in July each year, the dates for 2009 are June 29 to July 10.
• The European Summer School for Advanced Management (ESSAM)
  ESSAM is a two-week intensive program, usually run in July. Offered by a Consortium of European Business Schools and credited by the University of Glasgow. • Vienna Wirtshaftsuniversitat WU International Summer University
  This program runs for three to four weeks in Vienna, Austria, in July/August.
• WHU Koblenz Intensive School
  This program runs for three to four weeks in Koblenz, Germany.
• Copenhagen Business School Summer University
  This six-week courses runs between June and August in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Transfer to offshore programs

Transfers to offshore programs (Singapore and Manila) are for a program quarter (10 weeks).
