1. Click on the Calendar tab in Outlook

2. Click on the Open a Shared Calendar… link. A box will pop up asking for the name of the Shared Calendar. Click on the Name button, select the resource you want to view, and click OK.

3. Click OK again to view the calendar. (If you don’t want to see your own calendar, untick the box on the left under My Calendars). You only need to do this once for each calendar.
