Staff account activation


Only authorised administrative staff can activate Business School, Law School and SIS accounts for new staff.

This page is not for new staff to activate their own account or change their password.

Step one

The Computer Usage Agreement must be completed by the owner of the new account.  To have their password issued, they are to visit Help Desk, Room G79 Ground floor, Business School with the completed and signed CUA along with their staff/student/visitor card which we require for identification.

To maintain security and privacy passwords will not be issued to anybody other than the owner of the account.

Step two

Fill out the form below.

A valid person ID is required before any account can be set up.  This may be a staff number (eg 00012345), student number (eg 21234567) for PhD students or visitor number (V12345).

Note that ONLY PhD students may be given staff accounts.  Tutors will only be accepted if they have their own staff number.

If the person ID is not accepted by this service, please try again the following business day as Pheme is loaded overnight from HR and may not yet be available here.
