We celebrated our new UWA Business School with an Open Day on Sunday 3 May 2009.
The University has placed significant investment in a state of the art Business School facility, providing you with an inspirational environment in which to study.
Designed for learning
Studying at the Business School, you will have access to state of the art facilities, lecture theatres and study rooms. You will experience a collaborative learning environment bringing together students, staff, alumni and the business community.
The building design incorporates flexible learning sites and lounges throughout the building, providing you with plenty of spaces to meet work and learn.
The lecture theatres are able to accommodate large classes or conferences of up to 350 people and all lecture theatres and case study rooms are equipped with the latest teaching aids including audio visual systems and smart boards.
Great location
Not every business school in the world has a view like this!
Located next to the Swan River and surrounded by native trees, the Business School building has been designed to make the most of its natural surroundings and provides a calming and relaxed atmosphere.
Take a short stroll down to the river in your lunch break or just enjoy the view while studying in the lounge areas located around the building.
Everything you need
The Business School offers a wide range of facilities to make your study experience easier. You have access to computer labs, private study rooms and lounge areas.
You can grab a coffee and a bite to eat at the café to refuel between classes. Postgraduate students have access to dedicated study rooms.
We have staff available to provide you with support and advice on any aspect of your education experience within the Business School.
