The UWA Business School engages with external corporate partners to create enduring and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Our partnerships are comprehensive, ranging from student support and talent recruitment, to strategic University-Industry research collaborations and developing innovative thought leadership in Western Australia.

To encourage the creation of unique partnerships that suit the specific commercial and strategic objectives of each corporate partner, the UWA Business School tailors opportunities based on each organisation's needs.

Organisations may wish to partner with the UWA Business School in key areas such as student support and talent recruitment; brand profiling; teaching and learning; research engagement and initiatives and enhancing business connections amongst corporate and government leaders and international experts.

The UWA Business School will provide partners with opportunities that may include supporting:

  • Student scholarships and prizes which may be named after a company or an individual
  • Access to Business School students and staff and the opportunity to host Student Boardroom Lunches
  • Supporting professorial chair appointments named after the company eg Woodside Chair in Leadership and Management
  • Named Visiting professor programs which provide thought leadership to academics, the public and special corporate forums eg. BHP Billiton Visiting Professor Program

  • Discounted rates for executive training programs delivered by the AIM WA•UWA Business School Executive Education
  • Hospitality benefits such as regular invitations to UWA Business School thought leadership events, and conferences and membership of The University Club of Western Australia
