Mark Barnaba is the joint Executive Chairman of Azure Capital, a merchant banking firm which he co-founded in 2004 with Mr John Poynton.
Previously Mark was co-chairman of Poynton and Partners and GEM consulting, a management consulting and corporate advisory firm which he co-founded in 1996.
He has extensive experience in the finance and management consultancy fields, having worked for Goldman Sachs in New York and McKinsey and Company in the UK, Italy, South Africa and Sydney.
In 2002, he was the inaugural first among equals winner of the WA Business News 40under40 award for the most outstanding business leader in Western Australia.
Mark is Chair of Alinta Infrastructure Holdings, Chair of the Business School Board, Deputy Chair of the Fundraising Committee and Chair of the West Coast Eagles Board.
