The 2012 Accounting & Finance Research Forum is proudly supported by:
The Discipline of Accounting & Finance at The University of Western Australia is hosting a Research Forum from Wednesday 6 June to Friday 8 June, 2012. The intention of the Forum is to bring together academics to reflect on issues and research in Accounting and Finance.
The program will comprise of keynote addresses by invited speakers and a small selection of presentations by emerging scholars. The invited speakers are Professor Gary C. Biddle (The University of Hong Kong), Professor Kalok Chan (Hong Kong University of Science & Technology) and Professor Joseph P.H. Fan (The Chinese University of Hong Kong).

Forum Functions
The Forum functions include:
- Wednesday 6 June at 6.00pm – Registration and Cocktail Reception
- Thursday 7 June at 5.00pm – Social Activity/Forum Dinner
- Friday 8 June at 1.00pm – BBQ Lunch
The Venue
The Forum will be held at the UWA Business School, located on Hackett Drive, overlooking the Swan River.
- The University of Western Australia is a centre of international excellence and is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Australasia.
- Western Australia is a great place to visit in June, with mild winter temperatures and a relaxed atmosphere.
