This guide has been produced to provide you with the information to help you contribute fully to the School’s teaching program, to assist you to get the best out of your students and, finally, to make it easier for you in your teaching.
It provides a reference for the experienced teacher and a set of guidelines for new colleagues, who may be less familiar with the procedures which operate within the Business School.
As a result of reading this guide you should be fully aware of the expectations of the University, the Business School and the students. At the same time, we trust the Business School understands and meets the expectations of the teaching staff we employ.
Much of the source material is available online and it is recommended that you refer to the original materials particularly with respect to University rules.
Every effort has been made to produce a guide that is both accurate and useful. Please direct any corrections or suggestions for improvements to the Professor Phil Hancock, Associate Dean T&L, or the School T&L Committee.
