This degree is designed for graduates who want to consolidate honours research or professionals interested in further study to familiarise themselves with recent developments in the field, or to enhance their intellectual and research skills.

This degree can be undertaken in the following areas: accounting, finance, business administration, electronic commerce, information management, marketing, management and human resource management.

Course structure

A research thesis of not more than 50,000 words, plus courses, lectures, seminars and other work and/or studies and investigations culminating in such reports as the supervisor or head of school directs.

• A Master of Commerce can also be taken by coursework

Admission requirements

Qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor of Commerce, plus additional research study.
