The Executive MBA (EMBA) is for those who have significant and suitable work experience but not necessarily first degree.

This program has a strong focus on current business trends and is highly desirable for those wanting to move into higher levels of management.  Classes are offered on Saturdays and the open learning format provides a nurtured introduction to university studies.

Course structure

The EMBA consists of 12 units comprising:

10 compulsory core management units designed to bring all students to a common level of knowledge in the fundamental areas of management irrespective of their previous background or experience.

These will be taken from the list of MBA options offered on the weekdays or students can undertake special topics units in an area of interest offered on Saturdays.

Admission requirements

An undergraduate degree with a weighted average mark of 60 per cent or equivalent and at least five years relevant work experience
or
a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience.
